Beyond Custom (WA) PTY LTD (ABN 35 142 845 485) and its affiliate “CarGrab” provides an online website with a range of features and products that allow third-party buyers to purchase a range of automotive items on (“Website”). As used in these Terms of Service, “we”, “us”, “our”, “BC” and “Beyond Custom” refers to Beyond Custom (WA) PTY LTD as the “Contracting Party”. Beyond Custom is a registered business name for Beyond Custom (WA) PTY LTD.

Please read the terms and conditions below (“Terms of Service”) carefully as you must understand and accept these and our other agreements and policies (“Policies”) before you can purchase online. Other Policies include, but are not limited to, our Privacy Policy, Confidentiality Agreement, Infringement Policy and Third Party Policy.

By signing up for a Beyond Custom user account (“Account”) by means of the internet you acknowledge that you read, understood and accepted, without reserve, to be bound by the present Terms of Service and all our Policies.


  1. We reserve the right with or without notice at any time to change, modify or discontinue any attribute of the Beyond Custom website or its subdomains, or a portion or an attribute of the following, but not limited to its services, information, categories, products, features, filters, themes and third party options. Beyond Custom will have no liability to you or any third party should we modify or discontinue any attribute of the website, or an aspect thereof. 



  1. We reserve the right with or without notice at any time to change, modify or discontinue any attribute, or portion thereof, of the Terms of Services or any other Policies provided by Beyond Custom on the website at the time that you use our services. Beyond Custom will have no liability to you or any third party should we modify or discontinue any attribute, or aspect thereof, of the Terms of Service or other Policies. Beyond Custom will post a new version of its Terms of Service and Policy on the Website and all past and future Accounts will be instantly bound to the updated version.




  1. No agreement is formed between Beyond Custom and you (the purchaser) until an order has been paid for in full and an order confirmation has been sent. Stock issues and technical glitches can happen from time to time. If this occurs the order will be refunded once the funds are received by Beyond Custom and an order cancellation email will be sent. Beyond Custom shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damage or loss of profit resulting from the non-supply in whole or in part of the product ordered. Browsing on the website and adding products to the cart does not constitute a commerce agreement.

  2. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.




  1. Prices are subject to change without notice. Beyond Custom for example, may change prices in response to supplier price decreases or increases, tax changes, import changes or for any other reason. Beyond Custom cannot be held liable does for any increase in prices. Quote pricing is strictly valid for 7 days. After 7 days, the amount quoted is subject to change. We reserve the right to invoice all products at the price prevailing at the date of dispatch.

  2. All invoices must be paid in full to Beyond Custom to process an order. All shipping costs, duties and taxes will be listed on the invoice. Shipping costs, duties and taxes may not be listed in the price displayed on the website, as these are generally calculated after depending on the ship to location.




  1. Once you have confirmed you would like to place an order, we will firstly check the order can be fulfilled with the manufacturer/supplier. Once our supplier has confirmed the order can be fulfilled, we will send you an invoice via email. This invoice will contain the description of the product, custom options (if relevant), the cost of the product (including shipping, GST and duties) and our bank details.

  2. Invoices can be paid by Credit Card over the phone (+61895712999) or by Bank Transfer to the bank details listed on the invoice.

  3. All invoice amounts and amount displayed on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).




  1. To ensure a fast and safe delivery we use FedEx, DHL, USPS, UPS Ground/Air shipping services and other leading freight companies. Available shipping methods may vary for different type of products and shipping destinations.

  2. All quoted shipping amounts allow for economy shipping only. Please contact Beyond Custom on +61895712999 to request a quote for express shipping. Beyond Custom shall not be responsible for any late shipments. All shipping dates given are approximate only. The purchaser shall not be entitled to chargebacks, reductions of price, or other offsets as result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery. Any redelivery needed will incur an additional delivery fees charged to the purchaser.

  3. Most products in stock ship same day, or within 2 business days after which its delivery can be tracked via tracking number sent to your email. For custom or made to order items shipping time varies as products generally have to be manufactured, painted or assembled

  4. Products that are oversized may ship by truck freight/LCL which differs from ground shipments. NOTE: These oversized items require inspection and a signature upon delivery.

  5. All invoices must be paid in full to Beyond Custom to process an order. Shipping costs and known duties and taxes will be listed on the invoice sent via email. Shipping costs, duties and taxes are generally not be included in the prices displayed on the website, as these are often calculated dependant on the ship-to location. Shipments to particular countries might require extra shipping charges.

  6. If a tax or duty charge is not listed on the invoice, Beyond Custom cannot be held liable. The onus is always on the customer to pay any appropriate duties or taxes associated with the product. Beyond Custom will endeavour to inform the customer about known taxes and duties.

  8. The purchaser is required to examine the goods immediately for shipping damage. If it appears damage has occurred during transit, please notify us immediately, retain any delivery documents and take photos of the damage.

  9. In  the case of a lost shipment or shipping damage, no refunds can be processed until we have confirmed with freight company the status of the package and the case has been closed.




  1. All products sold by Beyond Custom are sold "as is" to the Buyer. The purchaser assumes all responsibilities for determining the suitability of a product. While we make every effort to provide technical information and assistance, we have no control over the installation carried out by the customer or individual fitting the item, and modification.

  2. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and do not form any part of a contract between the parties implied or otherwise. Images may or may not be exactly what a product looks like as colours can vary depending on the device screen you are viewing on. Note that sometimes a product may be slightly different than pictured, however we always try to have the most accurate descriptions and pictures available. Customers should satisfy themselves as to the specification of the product being ordered and clarify points requiring specification prior to placing an order.




  1. Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).




  1. Replacements and refunds are not given for change of mind.

  2. We do not accept unauthorised returns to Beyond Custom.

  3. We do not refund shipping charges.

  4. Replacements and refunds can generally be made under the following conditions

    1. The item you received is the incorrect colour, size or style than that ordered (replacement only)

    2. The item you received is not the item you ordered (replacement only)

    3. The item you received is physically damaged or tampered with

    4. The item you received is defective

    5. The item you received is missing parts that were advertised as part of the order

  5. Replacements and refunds that cannot be returned

    1. Items that have been fitted to your vehicle

    2. Items that are altered, changed or damaged by the buyer

    3. Missing packaging or warranty cards

    4. Special order items or item variations not listed on our website

    5. Custom-made items

    6. Made-to-order items

    7. Display items

  6. A request for refund or replacement must be initiated via email to within 10 days of receiving the item.

  7. In the case if damaged or missing items, you should submit a request within 48 hours of receiving the item and submit photographs via email to in JPEG or PNG format.

  8. If a minor issue is found with the product, Beyond Custom can choose to repair it at our discretion.




  1. The contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of Western Australia and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State.
